David Simpson worked with us to make sure it was the house we wanted and that it was structurally sound. He was patient with our mistakes and changes and always tactful in his advice -- which we learned to listen to carefully! Do it right or do it over. We'd never built a house before and it was fun! David made our experience interesting, challenging, exciting -- and rewarding. And all in four months from ground breaking to moving in. If we didn't like our house so much, we'd build another -- but only with David."

"Why did we choose David to build our house?"
Before deciding, we surveyed a number of his prior customers. To a person, they told us that, while his wasn't necessarily the least expensive bid, they had absolutely received value for dollar spent. They were completely satisfied with the work done and the post-construction service they had received. All said they would have no qualms about having David do more work for them in the future.
Now, five years after our home was built by Simpson Construction, we can still enthusiastically affirm what we had been told. Our home is everything we hoped it to be, and more. David and his crew brought the architect's plans to life, adding the details and modifications we desired, making the house truly our home.
Living next to the water, we also chose Simpson Construction to build our dock and connecting walkway. Still firmly in place after enduring five or six hurricanes (something that can't be said for most others around), this is another example of the high quality work done by David and his crew. |
